Blue-tailed Bee-eaters

Phutthamonthon today produced a swarm of Blue-tailed Bee-eaters นกจาบคาหัวเขียว. Many with preys.

Brown Shrike at home

About to go birding, surprisingly from my backyard (Khet Bangkok Noi) a Brown Shrike นกอีเสือสีน้ำตาล was sitting there. My wife said I got up late again so the bird just came to call me up. A crop from P600's 16 megapixels is decent, isn't it?

Ferruginous Flycatcher

About to leave Phutthamonthon at 3 pm when I spotted this flycatcher in the bamboo garden. Some shots revealed that it's my new find, a Ferruginous Flycatcher นกจับแมลงสีน้ำตาลแดง. Some  birders with big gears also stopped by as I gestured. These shots were taken on the next day. A small crest is seen, so it is presumably male.
