Racket-tailed Treepie

นกกาแวน (Nk kāwæn) 盘尾树鹊
Still not much rain here in Bangkok even though it is now June 4th and the weatherman said monsoon being on its way. Phutthamonthon this afternoon greets me with this Racket-tailed Treepie.

Little Heron

นกยางเขียว 绿鹭
Being absent for many days. After the coup on May 22, situation in Thailand especially Bangkok is quiet but not quite calm. Sporadic demonstrations took place even though in smaller scale.
Back to SRF, the park greets me with this Little Heron (Green Heron) in a warm afternoon.
